Rent is 565 a month, free gas, water, heat. Shared BIG, SUNNY room (sharing with one person, me!), two other housemates, both girls. Gender does not matter, I don’t care, will be setting up a lil divider anyway.(Like a curtain or something)
Two floors, backyard, kitchen, living room, and super super close to the subway and to B38, B48, B44,...
